Growing up on a farm in a small town, Li D'Alessandro experienced the benefits of growing vegetables and herbs in a big garden on the property. In a household full of beautiful food, meals were special - full of love and enjoyed together with family and friends.

Everyone in the family enjoyed cooking and creating experiences with food. This joy continued to blossom over the years and eventually Li entered the restaurant industry working in a variety of kitchens cooking Italian, American, French, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine.

Li continues to cook for family and friends, adapting to the comfort of creating dishes in a much more intimate environment than work had been before  -  at home.

 

The rhythm and joy of working in a warm space like a home has inspired Li to focus on personal and private cooking as well as take out services.

 

Li is currently employed as Personal Chef to Jason Momoa.
